Rob has extensive experience building and managing insurance programs from the inside. He leads our Property and Casualty team that works directly with auto dealership clients throughout the country. He has developed a respected reputation over the years and is widely known as a industry expert who is highly proactive, attentive and service oriented.   

 A NADA dealer academy graduate and former auto dealer with 30+ years of retail experience. Phil has extensive experience managing both dealerships and agencies during his career holding leadership positions as national sales trainer and executive management. He has also managed various dealerships during his career as well as a family owned dealership. He was part of the executive management team at the highest volume Lexus dealer in the world. In addition, as general manager, he turned a below average Toyota dealership into the second fastest growing Toyota dealership in the area with a 73% improvement year over year in the extremely competitive Los Angeles auto market.  

A 30 year veteran of the warranty F&I provider space, and combined total of 40+ years in automotive Sales/F&I management. Mike's held executive management positions for over 27 years at two of the largest F&I providers in the nation. His vast experience in these roles makes Mike uniquely qualified to customize the most beneficial program for your franchise or independent dealership needs. From a CFC, NCFC, DOWC, Reverse Retro, to a Dealer Owned or a Hybrid structure. In addition, Mike holds a Property & Casualty license in all 50 states .
